Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the terms of use, procedures, and other necessary matters between the site and users when using the services provided by Yotastar (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 2 (Definition of member)
① A member is a user who connects to the services provided by the Company, agrees to the Yotasta usage procedures in accordance with these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Membership Registration)
① The company does not accept membership registration.
Article 4 (Service provision and changes)
① The company provides the following services to visitors.
1. Community service (bulletin board)
2. Search service
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① Yotastar may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection and replacement of information and communication equipment such as computers, malfunctions, communication disruptions, etc., replacement with new services, and other services Yotastar may provide. We may permanently discontinue any current service for any reason we deem appropriate.
② In the event of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, Yotasta will notify members in the manner prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, this does not apply if advance notice cannot be given due to interruption of the service due to reasons beyond Yotastaga's control (such as a disk failure or system down that is not deliberate or negligent on the part of the system administrator).
Article 6 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualifications, etc.)
① Not applicable because you have not registered as a member.
Article 7 (Notification to members)
① When the company notifies a specific member regarding services, the notification will be sent via email or wire.
② If the company wishes to notify a large number of unspecified visitors, it can replace individual notification by posting the notification on the public information bulletin board for 7 days or more.
Article 8 (Member's personal information)
① Since you are not registered as a member, your personal information will not be saved.
Article 9 (Obligations of Yotastar)
① Yotastar will not engage in any acts that are prohibited by laws and regulations or that violate public order and morals, and will strive to continuously and stably provide services as stipulated in these Terms.
② Yotastar is trying to build a system that allows members to use safe and convenient services.
③ Yotastar is not responsible for compensating members for damages when they use the service.
Article 10 (Obligations regarding member ID and password)
① This does not apply as you have not registered as a member.
Article 11 (Obligations of members)
① Visitors must not engage in any of the following acts.
1. Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties, or interfere with the rights and operations of the company or the rights and activities of third parties.
3. Acts of stealing personal information of third parties
4. Posting or transmitting information (computer programs, etc.) that is prohibited by relevant laws and regulations.
5. Impersonating a company employee or service administrator, or posting or transmitting information by plagiarizing another person's name.
6. Acts of posting or transmitting materials that contain software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
7. Acts that annoy other visitors, such as stalking
8. Acts of collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information of other members without their consent.
9. Acts of posting advertisements or promotions or posting pornography targeting an unspecified number of people.
10. Acts that violate the public information regulations posted on bulletin boards and related services provided by the company.
②Visitors are responsible for compensating the company for damages suffered by other visitors due to reasons attributable to them.
Article 12 (Deletion of public postings)
① If the content of a visitor's public posting falls under any of the following items, the company may delete or change the public posting without prior notice to the member.
1. Content that slanders other visitors or third parties, or damages their reputation by conspiring to cause serious injury.
Content that disseminates information, text, graphics, etc. that violates public order and good morals.
3. Content judged to be related to criminal acts
4. Content that infringes on the copyright or other rights of other visitors or third parties
5. Content that causes religious or political conflict, and if such conflict is judged to interfere with or disrupt the company's business.
6. Other content that is determined to violate the company's posting management policy and related laws.
7. When directly or indirectly publicizing other sites or services
② Other visitors or third parties may take civil and criminal legal action against the visitor or the company (e.g., complaint, application for provisional disposition, claim for damages) based on legal infringement of interests caused by the visitor's public postings. Litigation) and legal action When requesting the deletion of related posts, the company will not be able to remove the related posts until there is a result of the legal action (for example, an indictment by the public prosecutor, a provisional disposition decision by the court, or a damages award). Access can be temporarily restricted.
Article 13 (Copyright ownership and use of posts)
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the company belong to the company.
② Visitors may not use the information obtained through the use of the services provided by the Company for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other means without the prior consent of the Company, or transmitting it to a third party. Must not be used.
③ The copyright of posts posted by visitors within the service belongs to the visitor who posted them. However, for the purpose of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, and publicizing our services, we will provide the following services free of charge without the visitor's separate permission, within a reasonable range consistent with fair practices stipulated in copyright law. You can use posts registered by your visitors.
1. Copying, modifying, modifying, displaying, transmitting, distributing visitor submissions within the service, and creating edited works within the scope of not impairing copyright property.
2. If the company wishes to use visitors' posts, it must obtain the member's consent in advance by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.
Article 14 (Refund)
① If the user is dissatisfied with Yotastar, they can receive a refund through the refund procedure.
② Refund fees vary depending on the period of use and can be made through negotiation.

③ However, products sold through Yotastar events are discounted products and cannot be refunded after use.
Article 15 (Revision of Terms)
① The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Transaction Basic Act, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, etc.
② However, if the revised content is disadvantageous to visitors, it will be announced from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
Article 16 (Jurisdiction)
The laws of the Republic of Korea will apply to disputes regarding service usage that occur between Yotastar and members, and any disputes arising from such disputes will be filed in the courts of the Republic of Korea, which has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
